I’m a knitter, web developer, aspiring world traveler, and general adventure-seeker based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I'm not usually an early adopter of new iPhones but I was ready for an upgrade from my 14 Pro months ago. The 17 Pro has been... fine? Transfer felt hard and I can't get the silly wallpapers to work right.

Search and SEO/AEO is a very hot topic at my company - and, put simply, it's all about presenting good content and understanding how your users search. Excellent morning keynote from Danny Sullivan with Google! #WCUS

"Who remembers Blogger? Who *used* Blogger?" I raised my hand for both... "I'm so glad the old folks showed up today!" Old?? 😭 I prefer OG. 😎 #WCUS

Snuck in late to Weston Ruter's session regarding improving site speed. Standing room only! But so far I've already gleaned new knowledge about plugins to try out. Worth it! #WCUS

I'm FSE-curious... I've dabbled but haven't figured out how to make it work for the client sites I build. Looking forward to insights from Joeleen Kennedy with Human Made! #WCUS

I'm so glad to be at #WCUS for the third time, but (a) I didn't register early enough to get an official t-shirt (🤞 for extras on Friday) and (b) I'm an overwhelmed, overstimulated introvert.

I'm trying to give myself time to write more on my little blog, but it's such a time suck sometimes. Mostly figuring out how to get photos from my phone to my computer and onto the site in the right format. What a first world problem I'm having...
