Took home best painted army for my hobby store's 40k league today. Got a free Krieg Combat Patrol for it :D. Very proud of this given the work I put into my guard these last two months. 🫡

7) Lastly, players gain 2 CP instead of 1 per turn. I would make some more stratagems costs 2 for sure and potentially change the discard secondary rule but the slog of being on your opponent's turn is the biggest drawback of this game so that's one way to address it.

6) Bring back bigger tables to battle on. I miss playing on 72" long tables. Like at least bring it back for 2000pt games. I want battles to feels just bigger in terms of scale and 60" by 44".

5) Add thematic missions to the next mission pack. They kind of did this in the last update but I want mission packs where it's like a heroic last stand and one side deploys with 500 less points or something and their mission is to simply hold one corner or survive.

4) Make Warlords feel more heroic. Like enhancements do this but I want selecting a Warlord to feel more important. Maybe re-roll battle shocks or a one per game re-roll hits for the Warlord and their bodyguard unit.

3) unlikely to happen but have only a handful of units with special rules and just more units with universal traits such as "feel no pain", "stealth" etc. It's too many special rules to keep track of whereas universal rules are easier to remember.

I would consider having a "you go, I go" system similar to say Konflikt 47 where plays take turns activating their units to do things.

I like this shot btw cause it's very similar to the other one but doesn't look like your Komissar is about to get blindsided haha.
To be fair though I do like the first shot still the most though despite that. It's just a better angle plus the lighting ✨️
