It idles ok and is fine when rolling in gear, but when you use throttle you get violent misfiring coming in. Usually hits like a brick at 2.5k rpm

I have:
- Squeezed the ICV pipe
- Disconnected the ICV sensor
- Checked the airbox
- Removed the dizzy cap and wiped down
- ditto rotor arm
All in the dark and cold on the street
No more ideas

The effectiveness of this facelift to me marks the Allegro as ahead of its time, it took to the plastic bumper look of the early 80s and managed to look passably contemporary. It is no 1750SS, but it is smart

Idle control valve on these isn't motorised as far as I am aware, but I have disconnected it and also done the squeezy pipe trick but to no avail
