This iconic tower is a 23-storey giant built in the 1960's which overlooks Stratford's high street and the Olympic Park. Instead of demolition, we will be retrofitting James Riley Point, reducing CO2 significantly and retaining the heritage of this landmark building, in line with residents' wishes.
