Many cases of mass violence are committed by heavy cannabis users. While #guns @momsdemand.bsky.social are an important issue, guns are not the only instrument used to kill. Psychotic cannabis users also vehicles and knives to kill.

Remember the #cannabisvictims Levy Thamba and Hamza Warsame -- both teen victims. They died immediately after consuming cannabis in the first two states to legalize it.

Joy Tyus 28 and Pierre Shelton, 30, were struck by THC-impaired driver on 3/9/19, in #OakPark. Joy died immediately while Pierre succumbed to his injuries on 3/19/19. Avoidable tragedy @govpritzker.illinois.gov pushed legal pot on IL, despite all the THC+ traffic deaths oakpark.com/2019/03/11/o...

Cannabis legalization is failed policy throughout the United States. Other countries (other than Canada) backtrack when they recognize their failure. It's also causing a surprising increase in mental illness, including schizophrenia.
