Nutrient neutrality rules were put in place to prevent more neutrient pollution being added to the water catchment area. It is disappointing that @lukecharters.bsky.social does not value this. @greenparty.org.uk @teamlabouruk.bsky.social @naturalengland.bsky.social #nutrientneutrality
