Woulda/coulda/shoulda Hogan-Flair. I know Flair didn't join until Fall of '91 but the fact that WWF had them both and didn't headline a major PPV is still baffling to me. I heard the fed had them do MSG house shows and claimed it wasn't a draw, but that makes no sense to me.
