The BBC's definition implies that believing men are generally a bit better than women isn't actually misogyny.

A tabloid-style news story: End of a Good Life MAROGY ARGO LEADBETTER, the neighbour from classic TV sitcom The Good Life, has died, at the age of 64. Actress Penelope Keith, 65, who played Margo, told reporters that she was 'deeply saddened' to hear of her character's death. The news was broken to friends by Bob Larbey, one of the writers of The Good Life, the hugely popular series which ran for four series between 1975 and 1978. "Bob phoned me in tears yesterday to tell me Margo was gone," said Keith. "I was shocked. We all are." WE ALL ARE "As an actor, you often play a character who dies, but it usually happens while you're playing them. This is the first time one of my characters has died without me being there. I didn't even know this could happen," she added. According to Larbey, Margo died at her Surbiton home following a heart operation. Her husband Jerry, played by Paul Eddington, who died in 1995, was at her bedside when she passed away.
