He was great. His kid was in the hs band so he knew how important it was for the kids to practice before the "big" concert.

Custodial staff are the heart of any school. They literally keep things functioning and know everything going on. Some of my biggest supporters of my music programs were custodians. One even printed tickets and organized staff so my kids could perform a mini- concert!
