You are correct, such plans are not required to provide the ten essential health benefits that are required of ACA plans.

I feel that there is no such thing as "implicit consent". CNC and other forms of blanket consent still must be explicit.

Federal justices can deputize marshals of their own choosing, to protect the court and enforce its decisions.
In normal times, they have not had to do this but due to the takeover it may start happening.

McDonalds (evil company I do not support) is food security for 10s of millions of poor Americans.
No food safety net here; while ghoulish, McDonalds provides calories and protein to people who need it.
Elites / white middle class do not care if McDonalds prices go up. It hurts the urban poor.
