I thank my lucky stars that I’ve gotten in the habit of making it obvious when I’m trying to focus on what someone’s saying. Like genuinely turn my head away from all faces and have my ear toward the person talking.

My brain gets so weird when I make eye contact with folks. Like depending on the person I’ll get half horny and half confused
