So far only bought Easy Delivery Co. from the Steam sale stuff, and will say it was well worth the $9. Took about 4 hours to get an ending (it seems the other ending might be straight forward enough to get, but will nuke my save for story reasons) and will say, it's definitely got a specific vibe...

Finished up 'Detective Instinct' over the weekend and yeah, a straight forward adventure game that brought me to mind of a handful of DS adventure games. Super charming characters, great music, though there weren't really any twists in the story. It did make me wish there were multiple cases though.

Also over the last couple of weeks I finished up Ninja Gaiden 4 (and man, that was pretty much Revengence pt. 2) and No More Heroes 3. I never played the first two, and had only watched ChipCheezum's LP's back in the day, but the game was mostly fine but it needed to get away from being open world..

Demonschool is a dope game, good soundtrack, and it's got a very solid Persona 1/2 loop simplified a bit more into a puzzle game. Like what if 'Into the Breach' was mixed with P1 with a bunch of media references I understand (just the movies available for the van man are all solid choices).

Just over half way through the Hashira Arc episodes and I think I realized why I missed out on them/never heard anyone talk about them...they are the very epitome of nothing filler. It reminds me of Naruto episodes where he had to deliver mail for ninjas.

Death Stranding 2....please include more dance\song numbers out of nowhere. I won't be mad and in fact will enjoy them a shit ton (both hidden away and in the main plot).

- Chapter 11 was dope and yeah, it does make me wish more that PT could have been made (or just a horror game from their studio)
- Why did I never realize I had a harmonica? That was a nice little callback to the first game.
- I'm bummed cause the end is coming

I know some youtube channels gotta get paid and stuff, but it's a bummer sometimes to see channels that have gained popularity just lean more into ad videos. I was a bit confused why Iron Pineapple had such a long video on it, but then I saw the Backlogs also post a video, and yeah...just long ads.

Got super confused when I was reading the description of this new Demon Slayer movie, cause it mentioned picking up at the end of the last season's arc but I could have sworn that was the sword smith village arc...nope, I just missed some Hashira training arc? Where did that come from last year?

Oh man, I'm pretty stoked to wake up and see the latest 'Best of the Worst' has The Apple in there (especially after the last one had the Peanut Butter Solution). Also I vaguely recall seeing Star Slammer back on Skinamax back in the day, so that should be a pretty solid watch for later.

It's funny forgetting I've got Pizza karate in Death Stranding 2 and only remembering when I realize that it completely clowns a number of VR training missions. "Defeat 10 guys", proceeds to spin kick around like the Pancakes kid from Cabin Fever and immediately get as S rank.

Yeah, the bits of Death Stranding 2 were pretty fun tonight. I got a Pokeball grenade and captured a BT, and then it had a fight with 3 other BT's. Then I was going across a large tar lake, and there was definitely some big fuck-off monster in there cause a fisherman recounted his tale to me.

Yeah, the underwater boss fight in chapter 8 for Death Stranding 2 was pretty dope and made me wish that I could just have Kojima make a non-sandbox type game again. Also the Headless Ghost mission was pretty fun and unexpected, though I was hoping the reward would be better.

That feeling when you've built up a good series of roads and gotten over a mountain in DS (well the sequel more specifically), only to find the next series of road build points are crazy expensive. Guess it's time to focus more on the main story and move on to the next bits.

Preloading up Raidou now, hoping it comes out early enough tomorrow that I don't have to wait till Thursday to play it. Curious how it feels compared to the PS2 version, as the fighting and movement in that was a bit clunky.
