I can't count the number of times I've angrily written a post, looked at it, and then just discarded it. It's pretty cathartic to like, realize it isn't worth posting.

It's that trend that has worried me a lot lately.

"I don't see what the point of this is when bad people can get around it" is not how you get any progress to happen.

You get it to happen by reinforcing that bad stuff is bad and cultivating a culture which cares enough about enforcing norms.

Unfortunately as I understand it it isn't really feasible, since they've set it up to be open to be accessed by any app. Might be possible, but... perhaps discord would be a better alternative.
