A fishing village in Japan is haunted by a bakekujiraand their catches are growing unsavory (think Dredge). A little-understood yokai, there must still be a reason for its presence, and it needs to be dealt with one way or another before the village starves or someone gets eaten by their own catch.

I strongly recommend you join this fine lady's game.

Instead of the old seafood special from the Mythos, the Old Gods from WoH are pretty fresh-faced as far as eldritch abomination go, and they gie you just enough material to catch your eye. Like, this is pretty much all the data we have on ITHOTU
