My experience is similar but with a twist: I see an increasing “stratification” in all that is still happening w/ Blockchains, AI, folks working with legacy systems and getting stuff done, and then there is indeed a small group who are rejecting the complexities and narratives from Silicon Valley

I am not sure whether this is a failure of the AT protocol design - or rather a feature (“vote with your feet”), or a failure of the larger ecosystem

It’s a regional thing in Germany (and not so much nearby Berlin).

The local, small, biodynamic producers have it for larger parts of the year.
My historic understanding of kale is that it gets harvested after consecutive below zero degrees
