If we assume many homeless folks are suffering from addiction and mental health issues, and one way to solve homelessness is treatment, will someone tell me how these folks access treatment? Because every client I’ve ever had needed Medicaid to get drug treatment or mental health support.

This man could have been my father, if my father hadn’t passed away 17 years ago from the cancers he developed after 30 years in the Air Force. I couldn’t have faced him if he were here.
