300g dry curd (farmer’s cheese)
150g sugar
3eggs
100g butter
180g flour
10g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Peach
Mix curd, sugar, eggs,butter.
Add flour, b. powder, vanilla sugar, salt.
Pour into dish, top with peach.
Bake 180°C / 350°F, 45–50 min.
Check with toothpick.
