nah i think most people would’ve been like wtf about that also. i just bet they have a drop down menu to pick from and that was the best fitting reason. does the first vet just not do the online prescription thing? maybe you could just buy one dose from them until you switch vets?

ugh it’s not you vets are just weird sometimes. at least the ladder seemed to just be a mistake. i would call the second vet again and talk to them. they might not be able to “find you” in the system because brisket hasn’t been seen by them yet.
