The other does look like Dolichoplana, probably the same species spreading here in Hawaii too. If you send a sample we can barcode and match to our growing list here in Hawaii.

Just to be clear, this is not a colleague or anyone I've ever worked with, but rather a new professor, that does not work in the field that I do, but apparently now wants to do so, and wants us to facilitate that work. Am I out of touch to think this is professionally inappropriate?
