I was very worried about how Trout would deal with the 36-hour car ride, but he took it like a champ. We got him a big cushy carrier and let him roam a little bit in the back, and he slept most of the way. Took a little doing to get him back in the carrier each morning for the next leg, though

Forever 21 and Target are good for basics, thrift stores can be a gold mine if you're willing to spend some time digging, and I like Nordstrom Rack or Ann Taylor Loft for more professional things. Those last two are more expensive, but they tend to last.

It can be really nice, especially for digital grunt work! Never again do I have to manually type out a Markdown pipe table or write a paragraph of alt text. I can't leave it completely alone (nor do I want to), but it makes a lot of the repetitive drudgery stuff easier, which is its best feature imo

with perfectly numbered sections for Ctrl+F purposes and a whole Notes block full of calculations that they spent days compiling <3
