🍽️ 🍠Whipped up 2 pans of mushroom, onion, herbs and sweet potato stuffing last night. I hope everyone here has a peaceful and delicious Thanksgiving! 🦃🍽️🍄‍🟫

🍽️ Made this Thai pork laab salad a while back: sautéed ground pork and garlic, mixed with roasted rice powder, chilis, red onion, herbs, and cucumber, then dressed the whole thing in fish sauce and lime juice. Served with rice. So good! 🍽️

🍽️ Roasted garlic/sweet/gold potato mash with haricots verts (with almonds) and a filet mignon rubbed in my homemade “cowboy” rub and finished with garlic butter. Aka “is it the weekend yet???” comfort food! 🍽️

This roasted carrot & balsamic onion tart with ricotta and feta + butter braised radishes are staples at our house. Very easy to make when vegetarian (and also omnivore) guests come over for dinner. Evokes summer in winter too. And the colors are wonderful, almost jewel-like! ✨🍽️ 🥕🧅🧀
