Why I loved Bishop Budde’s entreaty.
She didn’t wag fingers. She didn’t make blunt accusations. She didn’t directly criticize Trump’s policies - she made a simple plea that he show mercy to the many actual human beings impacted in the coming days knowing full well the response she would get. (1/5)
