If BlueSky Moderation won't get off their asses and suspend such defamation/harassment - maybe a Class Action Lawsuit would get the ball rolling.

This is your reminder to vet accounts that are nominally pro-sex work. This one just put me on their only blocklist, which is predominantly sex workers.

1.8 followers, and engagement baiting "give 👏 her 👏 your 👏 money 👏" style posts.
Screenshot of an account called "SW Support Center" @wesupportsw.bsky.social, which claims to be in favor of sex work an decriminalization, posting largely about giving sex workers love and what seem to be engagement farm posts about giving sex workers money. Screenshot of the only list made by wesupportsw.bsky.social, which is called "Block" with no description, and is largely populated by sex workers. I hardly saw anyone on it who wasn't actively NSFW, and plenty of accounts I recognize.
