Here is my comfortably middle-class kid’s lunch for today. Two pieces of fruit (one is apple slices wrapped up). Brown bread sammy + 2 other snacks. Petite 12yo eats it ALL.
My mum was on a (Ruth Richardson) benefit and i usually had no lunch. It fucking sucked.
