I largely avoid retail between Thanksgiving and Christmas and do my grocery shopping at Asian markets that play few mainstream songs. But we took a big risk on Christmas eve, driving to over the top light displays synced to music. Nonetheless, I survived Whammagheddon and being Mariahed.

Be sure to teach him how to make it. I met up with college friends over the summer and they still remember that whenever some bug swept through the whole dorm I would make 2 gallons of chicken soup and leave it simmering in the kitchen for friends to take. That was in the mid 80s.

If people are concerned that trans youth are too young to make these decisions, they should be all in on puberty blockers. Instead, they want to deny access to puberty blockers as well as hormonal and surgical gender affirming care. It's all about cruelty and trans erasure.

It's probably a timed test using reference materials written at a reading comprehension level too challenging for many recruits. Our educational system's abandonment of phonics-based reading instruction has done so much damage.
