My only concern with atproto’s development or Bluesky more generally is that funding is from venture capitalists. I can’t think of a historical web or internet protocol that was funded with capitalist returns expected (maybe I’m wrong?). I’m not sure how this can work in the long run

Yeah I’ve only done this with an older MBP. Hopefully community support for Linux on the newer models continues to improve.
