Not sure your computer level but motherboard firmware can cause a litany of issues. Id recommended loading the newest for your board. If this is custom then go to the mobo website and if you bought it prebuilt then the site of whoever you got it from

Sounds like a driver issue, if this is windows it's fairly easy to load a new driver for your Bluetooth antenna
