Designer, strategist, philosopher, coder, partner, parent, and always and forever incongruously me.

Sharp edges and strong ideas loosely held with aspirations of improving healthcare & making the world better for others, each day I get to walk the walk.
In fairness, this needs validation - I can’t find corroboration anywhere but that’s what we heard firsthand. I came to Bluesky hoping others had insights but came up short and defaulted to trying to say something to someone because they shouldn’t be praised if it’s true.

Hey, random internet neighbor – Employees at our suburban Chicago Meijer have been ordered to not weir their diversity shirts or cover DEI terms with tape if they do. Heartbroken as they were our answer to Target. I can't find online corroboration but we heard it first person.

Do better.

They're also focusing on the trees and totally missing the forest. The point is only partially about shutting USAID down – it's who drove it and how it was done. The underlying coup is the problem even more than the cutting of aid.

Point to evidence for those claims? Nobody I know was cheering. We're bleeding heart liberals – that means we want to help *everybody* -- remember, that's what you all fault us for!?
