The signatories (i.e E.U) were against cancelling JCPOA, it is widely agreed that they were in fact, in breach of the agreement even prior to cancellation. Iran made their interest know that they wished to restart/renegotiate the treaty after the attack but the EU said no.

Grok is a seperate app from X which brings in challenges with regards allowing Gemini etc. Second, UK can’t compete in AI. The investment is minuscule and power costs too high for it to be competitive
