No totally! I hope it will. I think if I get the lexicon right this can easily benefit the Wikimedia dataset. And as fare as I know Wikipedia has articles with location as well.

Do you mean to simultaneously adding the image to the Wikimedia Commons dataset? I’m not sure if CC0 is compatible with the Wikimedia Commons license… Bit in generell there already is a indirect overlap bc a lot of landmarks on osm have a Wikimedia reference…
