Finished the books available in the series, and I can honestly say I have been moved by these stories. I don’t think I’ve finished a series this quickly ever (though they are small books).

I cried during every story, and loved the feel of getting to know Kazu, Kei, and others in the cafe through remarkable experiences that transcend time. Though we may know what has happened in the past, sometimes facing it again can help us remember how to better move forward in the future.

I went to Rome in late January one year and discovered that the Vatican leaves their Christmas decorations up until February 2nd. It feels appropriate.

I think you can play a version of it for free on Google that might have banner ads but doesn’t require watching a video.

I’m still trying to figure out what to do about family members that voted for Trump. The ones that I wasn’t close to, I don’t really see much and don’t go out of my way to see at this point, but I’m not sure how to approach the relatives that were previously my favorites about it.

Where is the best place to buy physical media now? My go-to used to be BestBuy and they’ve stopped selling it.

Also, I can’t find anything other than pirated versions for some of the ones I want - specifically “Spirited” from Apple-TV+, but I’m sure there will be others.
