Spotify for desktop doesn't have a sleep timer like mobile does (where you can basically just tell Spotify to stop playing music after a certain amount of time). Instead, open up command prompt and type this (Windows):
"timeout /t <seconds> & taskkill /im Spotify.exe /f"
