i personally recommend against SlOBS. It uses up computer resources that could better go toward keeping the stream running smoothly. You can import all your widgets into OBS though, just add them as browser sources.

what's your bitrate set to? recommended is 4000-6000kbps, but i usually opt for 8500, somehow i think it's a bit better
Also, assuming you're using OBS, set it to ultra-low-latency tuning
then again it all depends on your wifi
