As Clutchpoints reports, between the Dodgers 350mil payroll and my beloved Guardians tanking, I hope they shut it ALL down and get this mess fixed! A mandatory payroll floor is a start as well as a hard cap. All hope is lost when my team is over 200 million BEHIND in payroll.
