I learned the trick to frying Ajinomoto gyoza. You should fry them slowly. If u look at the recipe on the back, you might be in a hurry and fry them quickly, but be patient and fry them for more than twice as long. However, Ajinomoto's black pepper and garlic are too unique.
味の素の餃子を焼くコツがわかりました。焼きはじっくりするべし。裏の作り方をみると焦って早く焼きあげてしまうかもしれないが、2倍以上の時間かけて我慢。じっくり火を通すのが美味しい。ただ味の素の黒胡椒ニンニクは独特なので人を選ぶ。

ジョニ赤は思ったより飲みやすい。たが黒の方が美味しい。
