I've always wondered about this one. On one hand, it's very cool and cinematic. On the other hand, I feel like it eats really fast into the bad guys' action economy. Like PCs using an action to quaff a potion.

As a mostly online GM though, any playable accessories I could get are doomed to collect dust. (Doesn't mean I don't want them)
