In many ways this is just as good as Tsushima, with a similarly addicting gameplay loop and level of artistic beauty. But it also kinda doesn't hit as hard. In part because of the story which isn't quite as interesting. It's good. Great, even. But didn’t leave the same impact.

Can I say I want to get into Predator knowing it's mostly not like this? Not the freshest story idea, but fresh for the series and absolutely makes for one of the best movies in it. Maybe not quite Prey but I do love the world-building and having a cool Yautja to root for.

Chainsaw Man is good. Chances are you know this. I've read this arc before so not much new to add there, but you know the drill. Good-ass bloody animation, simultaneously fun and horrific tone, and a smidge of doomed romance thrown in there.

It's not always easy to tell what's going on because the storytelling is very subtle and much of it is in the background. But it's obviously beautiful, and I love the very lived-in feeling world and the sheer weirdness of the magic going on, like a modern fairy tale.

I gotta love a game if it's this long and I still wanna finish it. Though less fun if you're caught in sidequest hell, the combat, bosses, characters, dark fantasy setting, music, acting, it's all incredible. An accessible addition to Final Fantasy's ever-memorable legacy.

Remember in Dante's last #DEATHBATTLE when Bayonetta summoned a giant and he just one-arm blocked that shit?
Well. Clive's got a giant, too.

I'm hardly "done" with this game but I've played enough to conclude how *endlessly* fun it is! Addicting, fast, pure racing joy, and I just keep wanting to jump back in! Still more to do, always ready to replay! Among the most delightful games I've played this year!

Not exactly delivering a hot take when I call this one of the best looking anime movies I've ever seen. It's mostly hype moments and aura, but it’s fuckin' great at it!
Two and a half hours. You don't feel the length. For two hours.

Was talked into playing this game that I surely wouldn't have on my own. Quite glad I did. It is indeed very fun and charming, and I'm now solidly invested in what comes next. Having an audience and guidance was a nice experience. Something cool I got to share with people.

Straight from the devs of Streets of Rage 4, it's got the same great artstyle you'd expect, but also really fun combat with surprising depth and some addicting, challenging platforming. It may get eaten by the hype of other games coming out, but don't skip this one!

Great series! Unfortunately the ending tried to wrap things up too fast and didn't fully stick the landing. But the journey contained maybe the best action I've seen in Kamen Rider, along with strong, emotional, sometimes chilling drama in its story of found family.
