On the Pokemon bit, the reason why TPCi has yet to issue a C&D on ICE is because they are broken into different sub-companies with their own copyright policies, so the theme song is owned by one of those sub-companies. @cecilily.bsky.social has a better explanation:

Happy Turkey Day! I've been trying to recall if there is a Pokémon that resembles a turkey, but I don't think so. Apparently turkies are native to North America so unless they come back to Unova we might not see any turkey Pokémon (which is probably a good thing considering some holiday traditions)
