so ive started my playthrough of omega ruby, i picked treeko because i almost never do in hoenn, and i named latios lazurus
so far, yeah, its hoenn, not much to write home about other than megas being here
i strongly dislike mauville's makeover but the character design is bangin

ive more or less given up on the physical tcg
if its not scalpers driving up the price of cards, its the fact that i cant even find a playgroup where i am

honestly idk, but even so this dex is one of my favorites in the entire franchise
maybe thats nostalgia talking, but regardless of all my praise its a flawed game for multiple reasons.

luckily i beat grant with relatively little issue, i still enjoy playing through X but after the stellar experience that was black and black 2, it feels kind of...lackluster?
idk, it just doesnt hit the same, but this is why im doing this; i wanted to experience the mainline series for myself, ++

okay, grant might be a problem
currently i have no great answers for his amaura because i dont have a fighting type, so my team comp is sorely lacking
they both resist wartortle's bubble, i can probably take out the tyrunt with a fairy wind from my floette but braxien and farfetch'd fold to both

i've been seeing some relative success with this deck so far but i feel like it could be better. my strategy is to do overwhelming damage with statuses on top of Venoshock from Salandit and Unseen Claw from Absol, with Grafaiai and Nihelego to assist with that, but what do you think?
