i quit 8 months ago by reading a book called Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking, you can smoke while you're reading it and i'm confident i will never want to smoke a cigarette for the rest of my life. i sound like a shill every time i talk abt it but worked for me for realsies

i used to hate the idea of ebooks but once i actually started with them it was too convenient for me not to change my mind
