24 tb drives are currently 420€ and the server you need for 15 of them is about 1000€ give or take. It's technically possible to run this in the home but the budget is unworkable.

Because in 2019 Google realized that if they gave you the wrong result first, you would click it, see that it is bad, and come back to watch more ads. It is entirely to their advantage (modulo the brand trust they're quickly eroding) to do this
