God it's so confusing following you as someone from OG Cambridge. It always takes me wayyy too long to realise you're not talking about East Anglia and then I'm always confused about why anyone would name anything after Ipswich or, like, Haverhill. I realise it does actually make sense but still...

I was about to give advice but i somehow allowed my world's longest non-COVID respiratory infection to become a 3 year chronic fever disease so, like, don't do that. In that case, my advice for retaining mental faculties is to live your entire life from your sofa like a convalescing salonnière.

I became disabled a few years ago and buying an ebike changed my life. I have never owned a car and had felt like the radius of my life had massively shrunk and an ebike gave me that back. I'm now building up my analogue cycling again (at 7 miles/day now) but I'd have never got that without my ebike

There are lots of cargo bikes with kids in the back in the city where I live/on my way to work and I love waving to them. There are also lots of tourists in the road but I like watching them take pictures of stuff I take for granted and being awed at how many cyclists there are esp for the UK.

I've been alive for pretty much exactly as long as ITV has held the rights and it has been the background of every single summer and every birthday (except 2020!). It really is devastating to lose something so loved and so excellent.

We decided we were Not Going To Be Sad about itv during today's stage so we could enjoy it but ended up crying anyway :') what a way for the best programme ever to be on TV to go out

ITV have mentioned it about twice, I think, but mainly talk about other stuff for him. It would be easy to miss if you weren't watching every minute.

To those people, I prescribe rewatching the Mohorič stage win interview before and after every tour stage until they understand that you have to be utterly amazing and able to suffer like nothing else to have a chance to win. And then you have to be lucky.

Idk as someone who happily watched during the sky years, this still feels basically exciting. I don't think all hope is lost for Jonas' future more than I thought all hope was lost for pog in 2023 and I'm watching the best rivalry I've ever seen. We also have a GC w/ no superdomestiques which is fun
