As with anything, it depends how it’s taught. I’ve found that students enjoy Shakespeare if you make it accessible and have a lot of fun with it. You can fit in one play per year as long as you’re not reading/analysing every line!

I agree - incredibly powerful. I’d also recommend the novel ‘Little Bang’ by Kelly McCaughrain.
