$1.3 billion!!! Wow, that's almost as much as Florida's Senator Rick Scott had to pay in fines for their defrauding Medicaid and Medicare.

I used TeamViewer for remote access to Dad's computer. It's free for personal use. It worked well and that was 10 years ago.

I wrote, thanking them for saving my sanity during the last 2 years. They were delighted, saying that's their big motivation (although the commercial licenses pay the bills).

It's not "gold-soaked". There might be some gilt but most of it is just gold colored paint. It's a pretty good metaphor for his entire administration.

Trump has given clemency to more than 1,600 people (most of them January 6 insurrectionists). Are we supposed to believe he signed each one individually?

I shouldn't have said that. I like weasels. I think they're cute.

What a little weasel

At the time, Hegseth said, on camera, that he watched it live. Now he says Admiral Bradley gave the order.

He's Sec of Defense. Bombing those boats wasn't an entertainment program. Either he's a war criminal, or he's derelict in his duties to lead the armed forces. (Probably both.)

Maybe South Dakotans didn't mind her spending state funds to go to a dentist in Texas, but she doesn’t get to spend $64 billion federal dollars with no oversight.

He's only an American because his grandfather, Frederick, was stripped of his Bavarian citizenship and kicked out of the country for being a draft dodger

I just always close that window. It comes around again after I reboot but it leaves me alone until then.

I just unchecked those additional settings. Worth a try. :)

Every time it tries to insist I set up my syncing icons, I ignore it. If it tries to force me to give it my data, I don't want to use it.

I haven't set up Dropbox to correctly backup stuff but I still won't use OneDrive.

Blame also goes to every senator who voted to confirm Hegseth, knowing he was supremely unqualified. The same is true for those who voted for RFK Jr.

Yes, there are other members of Trump's cabinet who are equally unqualified but their positions make them less able to commit mass murder.
December 1, 2025 at 2:11 AM
But if any non-citizen commits murder, you do blame all the people from his country of origin and deport them.

If she didn't draw blood, it qualifies as a kiss. 🦜

You could if, after being found guilty by a jury, the crimes warranted it.

I just realized one defense Trump hasn't tried yet - "I can't be tried by a jury of my peers. I have no peers."

So, intentional homicide, not accidental.

Got ir.

She knows how to stand up for her rights. You are there to meet her every whim and she knows it.

I think you're selling him short by limiting it to "modern" American history.

Is that Rosie? She's beautiful.

At least she quiets down when you are filming. Poeia (full name Onomatopoeia) complains LOUDLY if she's awake and not the center of attention.

And you did a WONDERFUL job. That is a beautiful pup.

1,642 people age 0-17 died of COVID. While I would be delighted were they to discover a vaccine that is complication-free 100% of the time, clearly it is safer for your child to be vaccinated than not.
