As someone who has never been a chaser of likes, follows, or retweets and didn't worry about that aspect of social media ( an under 300 followers account on X and that was fine by me).

This man was due to be married after the war. His father was asked to write a book about him, but instead he compiled a book using all his son's letters. Bayard passed 4 days short of his 27th birthday. The inscription on his memorial reads Sans peur et sans reproche (Without fear or reproach).

Looking to the future of the fight for democracy is to know the opposition. This documentary explains how the right has taken control of the 7 mountains of influence. It didn't happen overnight. We can see where the left could improve by learning their tactics & building our own to combat theirs.

Any fans of the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark series. I visited the famed author, he is at rest in Princeton, NJ. Very unassuming marker, took me hours to find it. Same cemetery as Aaron Burr.
