I can't help feeling like there's _something_ hidden in the shadows in the back of the second car, but I cannot for the life of me make out what it is...

I think this comic was foreshadowed in the newspaper spread. Would imply that one of the passengers in the old man's car died too. Younger passenger could be the kid from Coma (2019)?

Just realised there's no clue for number 19 on the crossword in the teaser spread.
I've filled in what I think the other clues are, so the letters for 19 would be O?D.
Old or Odd would be obvious choices, but given the missing clue I'm wondering if it might be, ironically, OCD?

There seems to be very faint text on the spider and floor plan pages too, but I can't make it out.

There's another sign in the bottom left by the trapdoor. Hard to read but might be "Momy's room"?
