No Andrew it's not. The law is a joke and the council's treatment of Autistic children is disgusting. Try watch your child beg for help and inclusion and be treated the same as their peers. What's cheaper, denying an education and spending their life on benefits and needing mental health support?

It's the same in Scotland. Spent 4.5 years begging for the right support for our son. Destroying his mental health. After 2 years of no education, the council tried every dirty trick at each stage to delay provision for an extra 11 months. 6 months in our son is thriving.
