I feel worse

I can’t talk to anyone about how I feel. It only makes things worse. Is that because they aren’t enough to handle what I’m saying or am I just too much for them in general?

It’s just. I know ranting on social media isn’t good for me, but I feel like I can’t openly voice out my concerns for multiple reasons. I don’t want to bother others, I don’t think the conversation will end in a way that HELPS me, people will realize I’m just a downer inside. I’m trying to fix myse

I’m asking for too much, like how can I just expect someone to notice that I’m upset when it’s so easy to hide the real way I feel? I give hints on how I feel, but it honestly just hurts to reach out. To be the first one to communicate. It feels like I’m bothering everyone.

So why am I upset? Why am I so damaged from something that isn’t as serious as the problems other people have? I’m lucky.. so so lucky, so why? I don’t deserve to have anyone there for me but I really want someone to be here with me. I’ve wanted someone to notice what’s behind my fake smile.
