If you're an author how do you feel about a user buying a copy of your book for Kindle, realising you can no longer transfer it to your Kobo ereader and then pirating a copy to read? Does it make a difference to you?

Capitalism seems to be trying to do what it does best and is focused on assimilating climate change into its ever-expanding homogeneous gut. However unlike culture, trends or rebellion you can't incorporate reality into this twisted simulacrum of life. Capitalism will choke and take us with it.
