also i think everyone in my life knows i do pole (including my family lmaooooo) im gonna make it my mission to de-stigmatize it and sexuality. its such an important part of our life and it wasnt until pole that i started having mindblowingly raw and honest convos with friends about it 😭

i think i always had this and my therapist would prob argue it likely stems from the trauma of losing my mom who was also only caretaker. i think i realized very quickly that i am the only thing that can truly control my life and the path it’s on
